What Ever It Takes Home Based Rehabilitation and Support Services is a programme designed to work in partnership with our clients, their family and support networks to achieve quality delivery of home-based rehabilitation and support in the community.

The programme offers a combination of services such as attendant care, home help, childcare, social and recreational support, rehabilitation support (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech language therapy, acupuncture) and training to support care in the home.

Our programme is client focused with an emphasis on rehabilitation and family goals to support a holistic and integrated approach to wellness and support in the community.

We specialize in supporting individuals that have a high needs complex injury or illness, requiring 24-hour care, 7 days a week that want to integrate back into the community. Our role is to implement a high standard of care and rehabilitation and reduce any anxiety or stress related to this.

Exceptional quality and commitment are the underlying values we aim to deliver.

HOW WE DO IT

The success of our programme is a result of our personal experiences and our client driven approach.

We know what works and what does not. We know what working in partnership means and how to engage for the long term and we fully understand the difficulties that can develop if you don’t have the right support. Our hands on experience combined with the clinical expertise we offer through Indigenous Rehabilitation means we are able to provide an exceptional collaborative service that fits the unique requirements of our clients and their family. We also build our teams and programmes with our families.

Our programme is unique in terms of our approach to building a team and working alongside all parties involved to provide them with the skills to implement a successful programme. Our aim is to eliminate the risk associated with inadequate care and rehabilitation support therefore we take a proactive approach in terms of achieving outcomes hence our name  “What Ever it Takes”.
