We are looking for a superstar to oversee the administrative processes of our organisation’s across Aotearoa.
The National Administration Manager’s role will be based in Tāmaki Makaurau and will be responsible for overseeing our administrative teams based in Auckland and Tauranga, to support our Teams who deliver care to families living in the community with complex acquired injuries..
Our Programmes of Care are delivered through our Practise Model Ngaakau Purotu which has been developed over 21 years of supporting whaanau in this space. The National Administration Manager will work closely with our Ngaakau Team to ensure our unique approach is implemented and monitored in accordance with our Whaanau Ora approach.
The NAM is responsible to the Director – What Ever it Takes Home Based Rehabilitation and Support Ltd. This role will oversee all of the Administrative Requirements of our office and our team. It will be a varied role and apart from the typical administration tasks it will also include supporting our Accounts Manager with payroll each fortnight, assistance with HR and our Quality Framework. The role will operate over the WEITs Group including the Clinical and IT arms of our business – Indigenous Rehabilitation and iAwhi. From time to time our Charitable Trust arm will require support.
It is important that you are:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Familiar with excel and database development and management
Experience in all the administrative requirements of organisational management
Have some knowledge of payroll systems
This role will form part of the senior management team so it is important that you have experience in a familiar position.
